In consideration for the payment of the Fees, Prepaid NG shall provide the Customer with the services as described on the Website, which allows the Customer to make electricity bill payment, purchase prepaid tokens, Cable Tv subscription, Airtime and mobile data purchase ("Services"). There is a mandatory N100 charge on every transaction regarding electricity payment additional. For the avoidance of doubt, Prepaid NG obligations shall be limited only to the provision of the Services and do not in any way include acting on the Customer’s behalf. Prepaid NG may from time to time add, modify, suspend or cease (temporarily or permanently) the provision of any element of the Services upon notice to the Customer. Prepaid NG shall has no control over an unplanned service downtime. Should in case there is a planned service downtime in respect of the Services or the Website, Prepaid NG shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify the Customer in advance provided Prepaid.ng is able to do so.
